Since learning about meditation, over 25 years ago, I have begun to incorporate aspects of meditation into my colorful artwork. In this painting you see the peaceful meditator surrounded by the things she loves, flowers, birds and butterflies. She maintains her calm demeanor by remembering to focus on the now, as she is grounded on Earth's vibrant grass.
