About this piece

I was walking over the Cross St. bridge in Depot Town Ypsilanti when the view of the Huron River looking north stopped me in my tracks. It was a clear fall day, the trees were in their glory and the river reflected their beauty. Inspiration!

I have been an active member of the Chelsea Painters for over 15 years. I served as president for several years and of course participate in our annual June Art Fair, currently held at the Chelsea Community Fairgrounds. I also have original and reproductions of my landscapes in various locations at the Chelsea Hospital and Silver Maples.
