The Art Alley Residency at Geek Brush Studio is more than just a workspace, it's a performance stage. Located behind Geek Brush Studio (108 E Middle, Suite 1B), this 283 sq. ft. commercial studio features expansive windows facing the upcoming Chelsea Art Alley.

We invite painters, illustrators, mixed-media, or other artists to take over this space for daily, weekly, or monthly terms. This is your chance to step out of the home studio and into a professional, high-traffic environment where the community becomes your audience.

The Space Includes:

24/7 Visibility: Showcase windows facing the Chelsea Art Alley.
Professional Lighting: Illumination for 24-hour display of your work.
Retail Ready: Use the space to sell originals, prints, and merch.
Sales Retention: You keep 100% of sales made within the residency studio.
